We are UK based and all our stock is bought right here in the UK. We ship from the UK and all our customer service team is based here.
We buy and sell new and second-hand jewellery and watches over the counter and through the trade. We wholesale jewellery products including batteries, fasteners findings etc. We work hard to find the best deals to pass on to our customers and provide items of the highest quality, carefully selecting all our items for sale.
All our items come as described and we have a fantastic eBay record. Please check out our feedback. We aim to provide the same excellent customer service as we do in our shops by putting the customer first. We are also fortunate to have an in-house team of working Jewellers, this means that any of the items you see may be altered if necessary. Please contact us for a quote on ring sizing, chain lengths etc. We will be happy to help with any requests.
We will post all items within 24 hours of cleared payment, your items will be well wrapped and sealed ensuring they arrive with you in pristine condition. If you have any special requirements for posting please contact us. We post each day, Monday to Friday. If you purchase an item on a Saturday it will be dispatched on the following Monday. *Subject to cleared payment.
