Refund policy

Here at Northwest Jewellers we offer a 7 day returns policy for items bought in store as long as they are unused or unworn.  Made to order items such as wedding rings and engagement rings are non-refundable.  Earrings or other jewellery that pierces the skin is non-refundable.
